Easy/short one today.  Kettlebell/barbell class tomorrow.

  • jump rope and mobility work
  • Power clean: 115 lbs. x 5 – 135 lbs. x 5 – 145 lbs. x 5
  • Double kettlebell snatch: 12 kg x 20 – 16 kg x 20
  • Double kettlebell windmill: 16 kg x 5 reps x 2 sets
  • Jump rope intervals: 4 x 45 seconds

Done and Done.
